Terms of Service

1. What we are

Loi25Soumission (operated by AI Consultant SL) is a lead-generation marketplace that connects organizations with non-lawyer compliance consultants, MSPs, GRC consultants, auditors and cybersecurity firms ("Partner Firms"). We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not include lawyers or law firms among our Partner Firms.

2. Lead data ownership

• Loi25Soumission acts as the data controller for information submitted through the form.
• The organization submitting a request is the data subject.
• Partner Firms receiving a matched request act as data processors under contract with us and may only use the information to respond to that request.
• Submitted data consists of organizational and professional contact information. We do not knowingly collect health, financial or other sensitive personal data.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Loi25Soumission does not guarantee that any Partner Firm will respond, that a quote will be issued, or that any compliance certification or outcome will be achieved. We do not vouch for the accuracy of a Partner Firm's claimed qualifications beyond what they certify to us at onboarding.

4. Referral fees and commissions

Partner Firms pay Loi25Soumission a fee for each qualified lead shared with them, under a tiered pricing schedule communicated at onboarding (exclusive, distributed, or nurturing tiers). Lead fees are non-refundable once a lead has been contacted, except as otherwise agreed in writing. These referral fees are standard commercial practice in Canada and do not involve any regulated profession.

5. Partner Firm obligations

By accepting a lead from Loi25Soumission, a Partner Firm agrees to:

• Certify that it holds the qualifications and certifications it claims to offer.
• Comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): obtain consent before sending commercial electronic messages, include a working unsubscribe mechanism, and process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
• Comply with Quebec's Law 25 and applicable Canadian privacy law when handling any personal data received through the platform.
• Not resell, share or use a lead's data for any purpose unrelated to responding to that lead's request.
• Not misrepresent its certifications or qualifications to a lead.
• Indemnify Loi25Soumission for any violation of this section committed by the Partner Firm.

Loi25Soumission monitors lead-sharing activity and reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any Partner Firm found in breach of these obligations.

6. No legal advice

Nothing on this platform, including the qualification and routing of your request, constitutes legal advice, a compliance assessment or an official audit. Loi25Soumission is a qualification and referral tool, not a professional advisor. Compliance consulting (Law 25, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CASL, ISO 42001) is not a regulated profession in Quebec or Canada and is distinct from the practice of law. For legal advice, consult a lawyer member of the Barreau du Québec.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
