To keep the network trustworthy for the organizations we serve, every partner firm agrees to:

Certify it holds the qualifications and certifications it claims to offer.
Comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — consent, unsubscribe mechanism, 10-business-day processing.
Comply with Quebec's Law 25 and applicable Canadian privacy law for any personal data received through the platform.
Never resell or reuse a lead's data outside the scope of that lead's request.
