Partner commitment
What we require from every partner firm
To keep the network trustworthy for the organizations we serve, every partner firm agrees to:
- Certify it holds the qualifications and certifications it claims to offer.
- Comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — consent, unsubscribe mechanism, 10-business-day processing.
- Comply with Quebec's Law 25 and applicable Canadian privacy law for any personal data received through the platform.
- Never resell or reuse a lead's data outside the scope of that lead's request.
- Call back every delivered request within one business day.
